• Installation, Commissioning & Modifications: Take the lead on installing, commissioning, and adapting our sensor-based sorting systems at customer locations across the region. • Customer Representation & Consulting: Represent Insort at customer sites with professionalism and technical confidence. Build strong, long-term relationships while analyzing customer needs and providing consulting for new applications and tailored solutions. • System & Model Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize application models and algorithms. Integrate solutions into existing systems and ensure alignment with customer and product requirements. • Maintenance, Optimization & Upgrades: Perform regular maintenance and implement upgrades to enhance machine and model performance, ensuring optimal and reliable operation. • Diagnostics, Troubleshooting & Field Support: Conduct in-depth fault analysis and coordinate with internal experts for fast and effective troubleshooting. Support Field Service Engineers both remotely and on-site. • Training, Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Prepare training content, conduct sessions for customers and service teams, and contribute to internal knowledge management through data analysis and continuous documentation improvements.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise EMEA customers, leading deployments, integrations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key European customers, delivering trainings and workshops on Tenstorrent architecture, system integration, and best practices. • Own technical execution for Galaxy server deployments from PoC through production, including system architecture (memory, storage, networking, clusters) and complex system-level debug. • Collaborate closely with global Systems Engineering, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve issues, improve product quality, and support business growth in EMEA. • Act as the voice of the customer by translating feedback into engineering improvements, influencing roadmap and feature priorities, and mentoring junior engineers as the EMEA CS organization scales.

• Provide technical expertise to help customers find the best product and service solutions • Support the installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and customer training of Turntide products or solutions remotely or at global customer locations • Provide technical support to customer queries, RFQs, or design reviews related to Turntide’s products • Verify and validate product and systems configured or customised for customer usage • Collaborate with engineering team or domain expert to resolve difficult in-field issues in a prompt manner • Partner with Sales, Product & Engineering organizations to drive new business opportunities and improve customer experience • Support design for installation and maintenance activities as part of the development projects
