• Counsel clients or patients individually and/or within family sessions, to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, or making changes. • Make internal referrals to IOP if little to no improvement occurs within 8 weeks of OP therapy. • Guide clients in the development of skills or strategies for dealing with their problems. • Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge, establishing SMART goals with the patient. • Treatment plans are to be developed 72 hours after intake and updated / modified every 4 weeks. • Fill out and maintain client-related paperwork, including client diagnostic records and progress notes. • Progress notes are to be developed 48 hours after every session. • Prepare and maintain all required treatment records and reports. • Evaluate clients' physical or mental condition, based on review of client information. • Collaborate with other staff members to perform clinical assessments or develop treatment plans within 2 days of establishing care with the existing patient. • Refer patients, clients, or family members to community resources or to specialists as necessary. • Learn about new developments in counseling by reading professional literature, attending courses and seminars, or establishing and maintaining contact with other social service agencies.

• Provide excellent customer service and documentation while communicating with patients, insurance representatives, clinic personnel, and outside vendors. • Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices. • Research denials and report findings back to billing denial team. • Schedule new and existing patients in the current practice management system. • Answer inbound calls in a timely, pleasant and professional manner. • Communicate all pertinent patient information regarding their call. • Ensure professional communication with patients, insurance representatives, clinic personnel, and outside vendors. • Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks. • Make outbound phone calls to patients and/or insurance companies for benefit inquiries. • Travel as needed for team meetings. • Comply with all TCO and therapy policies and procedures. • Complete daily tasks and follow up each day as designated. • Demonstrate the ability to work as an effective team member.

• Assist direct Orthofix Territory Managers, ASMs, RVPs, and Distributors with patient education and device in-services. • Provide direct, personal, and timely service representing Orthofix. • Conduct Patient Calls to educate and gather information. • Assist with Patient Fittings virtually and in person. • Support Territory Managers, accounts, and patients within your region. • Assist with educational meetings regarding Orthofix products. • Discuss explanation of benefits and financial responsibilities with patients. • Facilitate paperwork collections for order submissions. • Coordinate all patient service and experience activities.
