Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Coordinator Los Angeles Area (remote) Position Summary The Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Coordinator is a seasoned healthcare operations professional responsible for overseeing all aspects of medical equipment coordination for patients under care. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, precision, and fluency in digital systems, serving as the key connection between providers, vendors, and patients to ensure timely and compliant delivery of durable medical equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on DME authorization and coordination experience and must be comfortable navigating multiple electronic platforms in a remote environment. This is not an entry-level position—strong operational discipline, proactive communication, and mastery of technology are essential.
