GTM Engineer

CrackenAGI

• Build and maintain the GTM infrastructure across marketing and sales • Implement and manage tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Heyreach, outbound platforms, and analytics tools • Design and build automation pipelines for prospecting, lead enrichment, outreach campaigns, and CRM workflows • Connect tools across the GTM stack and maintain clean data flows between systems • Use AI and automation tools to improve targeting, prospect research, and personalization • Run experiments on outbound strategies, messaging, and segmentation • Build dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and campaign performance

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Marketing, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems
  • Experience with modern GTM tools such as Clay, Heyreach, and outbound automation platforms
  • Experience building automation workflows and marketing pipelines
  • Familiarity with no-code / low-code automation tools
  • Interest in using AI tools to improve marketing and outbound automation
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to evaluate campaign and pipeline performance
