• Resolving Incidents • Deploying new versions of software • Database Upgrades • Improving monitoring dashboards, alerting, etc. • Daily, Weekly, Monthly Check Lists • Onboarding new customers • Disaster Recovery Testing • High Availability Testing • Cost Optimisations • Implement and Own the observability platform, in collaboration with the engineering team. • Create & Contribute to monitoring dashboard • Create & Contribute to monitoring capability • Contribute to Improvements of the platform • Enhance or fix automation • Design, Contribute, Implement & Own operational processes. • Assign tasks to engineers as required • Line Management of the team, including hiring, performance reviews, etc. • Work with the Engineering Team Lead to improve the platform • Be part of an on-call group (team lead, escalation level) • Work with customers as required to resolve their issues • Collaborate with Internal development teams as required

• Acquire new customers and generate your own leads • Attend to inbound leads • Meeting and/or exceeding set monthly sales targets and quotas • Delivering outstanding discovery/sales demonstration meetings • Delivering outstanding product demonstrations • Maintaining client and prospect records within CyberArrow's CRM system • Educating clients and answering their questions about products, prices etc. • Promote customer loyalty and act as a customer advocate • Any other duties as directed by your line manager

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments. • Manage cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and on-prem environments. • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or CloudFormation. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize deployments. • Enhance automation processes for software delivery and infrastructure management. • Collaborate with development teams to support microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native applications. • Implement security best practices in DevOps workflows. • Create and maintain documentation and operational runbooks.

• Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable full-stack applications. • Work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure with a tech-agnostic mindset. • Ensure high-performance, secure, and resilient applications, even under rapid iteration cycles. • Own entire features from ideation to deployment in a highly autonomous environment. • Collaborate with engineering, AI, product, and business teams to align technical innovations with company goals. • Break down complex problems, make quick decisions, and drive execution without bureaucratic bottlenecks.
