• Develop and maintain reliable and functional backend (Typescript/Go), web-app (React), and mobile-app (React Native) components of the Cycles Pay application • Translate product designs into implementation • Collaborate with product design and other engineers to integrate and ensure smooth functionality across the stack. • Continuously optimize application components for speed, reliability, and scalability. • Contribute to prototyping and development of new features across multiple products built upon the Cycles protocol. • Write and maintain comprehensive tests to ensure quality, reliability, and security of codebases. • Work with designers and product managers to ensure products align with user needs and the Cycles vision.

• Design, build, and maintain backend services that power FlexCard features used by millions of Dave members • Contribute across the stack using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and React Native to deliver end-to-end product experiences • Work closely with product managers and designers to shape feature specifications and translate them into scalable technical solutions • Improve the reliability and performance of core services through thoughtful architecture, monitoring, and metrics • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions that strengthen engineering quality across the team • Mentor and pair with other engineers, helping the team grow while improving how we build and ship software

• Develop full-stack web and mobile features using JavaScript and TypeScript, with a focus on React and React Native • Build and evolve internal tools that support our Member Success teams, improving efficiency and visibility • Contribute to backend services that power integrations with platforms like Zendesk and other external systems • Help shape and improve our AI-driven chatbot and IVR experiences to better serve member needs • Write clean, maintainable code supported by unit, integration, and end-to-end tests • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving how the team builds and ships software
