• Partner closely with existing commercial clients to identify opportunities to expand TurningPoint’s footprint through additional services, solutions, and transformation initiatives. • Drive growth offering IT Professional Services Outsourcing aligned with client business needs. • Position and sell end-to-end Business Process Outsourcing Services.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant business development or account management experience supporting IT, BPO, or technology-enabled services.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; additional relevant experience may be substituted.
- Demonstrated success expanding business within existing commercial client relationships.
- Ability to understand client challenges and align them with solution-based offerings.
- Experience supporting or selling IT professional services, managed services, or transformation initiatives, including third-party systems integration and ongoing support.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage client stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Role Description The Associate Business Development Representative (BDR) identifies and engages new prospects and existing accounts to introduce Precisely’s products and services. Key duties include: - Outbound calls, emails, participating in demos, and setting up meetings with Account Executives. - Lead follow-up and planning/executing outbound cross- and up-sell campaigns for current customers. What you will do: - Conduct Strategic Business Development as part of follow-up with customers and prospects who have responded to our Marketing Activities (Events & Tradeshows, Webinars, Ads, Collateral on our website, etc.) with the objective of creating qualified opportunities for the sales team. - Work with Product Marketing, Pre-Sales and Sales teams to become knowledgeable in Precisely’s products and services. - Perform contact discovery where necessary as part of the Business Development process. - Ability to source contacts using various Prospecting Platforms such as ZoomInfo, Wiza, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc. - Maintain daily activities in Salesforce CRM and Outreach, tracking interactions with prospects, partners, and customers. - Provide weekly/monthly updates to manager on individual activity. - Interact regularly with all areas of Marketing and Sales, including Operations team, to discuss the lead qualification process and recommend improvements. - Work closely with the Marketing team in developing new ways to increase awareness of Precisely’s products and services.
