• Lead client accounts, building trusted client relationships rooted in clarity, thoughtfulness, and strategic insight • Develop scopes, budgets, timelines, and strategic plans • Guide and review deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and impact • Identify opportunities for client growth and expanded support • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Insights, Strategy, Portfolio and Engagement • Mentor Project Delivery team members and help build the next generation of account leaders • Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in account management, project leadership, consulting, or communications roles
  • Experience in agency or consulting environments (food, health, FMCG a plus)
  • Strong communicator with excellent client relationship skills
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, projects, and teams
  • Comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, and delivery oversight
  • Energized by collaboration and committed to being a supportive team member
  • Bonus points if you have experience identifying client needs and translating pain points or insights into clear opportunities, solutions, or new work
  • Previous exposure to business development, strategic scoping, or organic growth planning
