Revenue Operations Analyst
OpenLoop
• Prepare, review, and submit accurate membership fee payments to partners in a timely manner. • Manage accounts receivable, including posting payments, responding to inquiries, and following up on outstanding claims. • Ensure compliance with payer requirements, industry regulations, and company policies. • Collaborate with providers, patients, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies. • Generate financial and operational reports related to billing and collections. • Support process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline billing processes. • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in billing operations, healthcare finance, or revenue cycle management (startup experience a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to support both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in a healthtech or digital health startup.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, CMS regulations).
- Familiarity with automation tools and reporting dashboards.

About the Role OpenLoop is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA.
