About the Role OpenLoop is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for processing membership fee payments, monthly billings for staffing services, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting the finance team with reporting and analysis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, has excellent attention to detail, and is passionate about improving healthcare operations. What You'll Do - Prepare, review, and submit accurate membership fee payments to partners in a timely manner. - Manage accounts receivable, including posting payments, responding to inquiries, and following up on outstanding claims. - Ensure compliance with payer requirements, industry regulations, and company policies. - Collaborate with providers, patients, and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies. - Generate financial and operational reports related to billing and collections. - Support process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline billing processes. - Other duties as assigned. Who You Are - 2+ years of experience in billing operations, healthcare finance, or revenue cycle management (startup experience a plus). - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to support both internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Experience in a healthtech or digital health startup. - Knowledge of compliance frameworks (HIPAA, CMS regulations). - Familiarity with automation tools and reporting dashboards.
