Regional Community Manager

Role Description Gamma is growing fast — over 70 million users worldwide, with 80% outside the United States. As our global footprint expands, we need boots on the ground in key markets to help us connect with users where they are, in the languages they speak, and through the communities they trust. You'll be a regional advocate and activator for Gamma, responsible for building local presence, hosting events, and creating educational content that helps people in your region discover and master the platform. This is a part-time contractor role designed for someone who's already embedded in their local creator, startup, or education community, and who wants to help shape how Gamma shows up in their market. You'll work closely with our Community team to identify active users, run workshops or hackathons, produce localized learning resources (including a region-specific Gamma 101 course), and gather feedback that helps us build a better product for your audience. This role is perfect for someone who loves teaching, organizing, and connecting people — and who sees the potential to grow with us as we scale globally. Qualifications - Proven ability to train or teach — whether through workshops, classrooms, online courses, or community-led learning experiences - Experience organizing events, hackathons, or community gatherings that bring people together and drive real outcomes - Active involvement in local creator, AI, startup, or education communities - Comfortable with content creation and social media distribution to produce videos, write guides, and share them effectively - Willingness to record localized Gamma courses that become a go-to resource for new users in your region - Fluency in the local language(s) of your target region and in English, and cultural fluency that helps you connect authentically with your audience Requirements - Identify and activate Gamma users in your region, building relationships with creators, educators, and early adopters - Host small-scale in-person or virtual events (workshops, hackathons, meetups) that introduce new users to Gamma and deepen engagement with existing ones - Develop and deliver localized learning courses on Gamma designed to meet your region's language preferences - Create region-specific content, templates, and resources that resonate with local audiences - Manage and grow a regional community platform to foster peer-to-peer learning and collaboration - Share monthly summaries of engagement highlights, community feedback, and product insights with the Gamma team Benefits - If you're interested in this role but you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway! Country Manager – LATAM

• Own and execute marketing and growth strategy for LATAM, driving user acquisition and revenue expansion • Build localized go-to-market campaigns tailored to regional languages, cultural nuances, and digital behaviors across key markets • Identify and test high-impact growth channels including social media, educational partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community-building initiatives • Launch strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration • Analyze regional performance data, user behavior patterns, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and optimize growth funnels • Represent Gamma at regional events, conferences, and media opportunities to build brand awareness and credibility
Technical Support Engineer

• Respond to technical customer inquiries and support escalations via email and chat in Intercom • Debug complex issues related to Gamma sites, leveraging APIs and technical troubleshooting skills • Discover and iterate on improvements to internal AI tools to multiply the team's productivity • Collaborate with engineering and design to surface product improvements and deliver effective solutions • Build and maintain technical resources including documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides • Triage bug tickets and proactively monitor user-generated content for potential abuse or policy violations
Customer Success Manager

• Own customer health, gross retention, and net dollar retention across your portfolio, with a focus on preventing churn before it happens • Design and lead onboarding and training programs for new accounts, ensuring successful deployment, deep product adoption, and internal champions who drive expansion • Build playbooks for common customer journeys and develop one-to-many programs that efficiently serve a growing customer base • Navigate complex stakeholder relationships and conduct executive business reviews that quantify Gamma's impact on customer workflows • Partner with Sales to identify and convert high-potential accounts, maintaining ownership of the customer relationship post-sale • Channel customer feedback to Product and Design on features and use cases that unlock enterprise value
