Sales Operations Business Intelligence Intern

Intermedia Cloud Communications

• Work with sales, marketing, finance, and corporate data teams to deliver seamless user experience across resources that we use to run the business on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence. • Analyzing business data and creating forecasts using statistical models. • Develop consistent definitions of KPIs across the business to support our GTM strategy. • Support dashboard and visualization development in Microsoft Power BI • Document work procedures, processes, and methodologies • Form strong collaborative working relationships with data and reporting teams and analysts across Finance, Marketing, and IT teams to learn and copy best practices. • Apply expert judgment to remove impediments and deliver success in a fast-paced environment. • Communicate frequently and effectively with team members to ensure data requirements, project timelines, and established goals are met. • Learn how Sales Ops supports a wide variety of key activities across an organization

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing degree in Business Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business, Math, or related field from an accredited college/university.
  • Desire to pursue a career in corporate environment post-graduation.
  • Have a passion for using data to make intelligent business decisions.
  • Superior attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Power BI and/or other data visualization tools such as Tableau to create business dashboards, reports and KPIs based on global and regional requirements.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office suite (MS Excel key to success)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with stakeholders, technical and non-technical team members alike.
  • Alignment with the data and analytics teams across the organization will be essential for success in this role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, willing to use online resources to answer questions, establish best practices and expand skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and planning capabilities

  • This is a 10 week long internship from June - August 2026. We are looking for current students who can work 40 hours per week during that time frame.
