• Lead the technical architecture and delivery of an Air Force integration platform built on Google Cloud, Apigee, and Kubernetes • Design and guide implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud architectures • Partner with engineers, architects, and product stakeholders to translate mission needs into technical solutions and platform capabilities • Support engineering teams in the design, building, and troubleshooting distributed systems and cloud-native applications • Guide decisions across cloud architecture, networking, system design, and service integrations • Design and support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows for multiple services • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and deliver practical solutions • Produce clear technical documentation for architecture decisions, system design, and platform configurations • Provide hands-on technical leadership, contributing to implementation when needed • Work directly with client stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet mission needs and timelines

• Collaborate closely with our Product Manager and other Data teammates focused on data ingestion and analytics engineering • Support ingestion of a wide range of healthcare-related sources by configuring net-new ingestions, debugging issues, and standardizing processes • Collaborate with data scientist deal owners and internal stakeholders to turn messy requirements into concrete mapping logic and data contracts • Use Dagster and GitHub Actions to orchestrate and automate early stages of data pipelines • Work hands-on with raw data using Jupyter Notebooks in Databricks to investigate data issues • Design and support incremental data loads and safe reprocessing • Learn to use Datadog and PagerDuty to monitor pipelines, triage incidents, and drive root-cause fixes • Contribute to a complex, self-hosted dbt monorepo: implement transformations, incremental models, tests, documentation, and conventions that scale across deals

• Recruit, develop, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales support team. • Partner closely with Sales leadership across New Business, Growth, and SMB verticals to define strategy and implement processes that drive continued growth. • Build and refine the team’s sales motion, enabling Solutions Engineers to effectively sell using structured methodologies. • Track performance metrics, identify trends, and implement improvement plans to ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds defined performance objectives. • Champion and implement process improvements that facilitate scalable, repeatable success across a wide portfolio of products. • Serve as a critical link and trusted partner between the Sales organization and the Product team, ensuring cohesive communication and strategic alignment across all stakeholders.

• Models positive interaction with other internal groups at Blue Yonder and acts as a key contact for functional discussions as it relates to the Merchandise Operations solution • Provides oversight and mitigation to help manage escalations from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Blue Yonder customers • Interacts directly with Blue Yonder’s Merchandise Operations customers to develop a strong relationship and a clear understanding of processes, functions, integrations, etc. • Demonstrates excellence in service delivery to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and runs point in turning around customer situations to drive stabilization • Acts as point of reference for end-to-end enterprise level solution knowledge related to business and data flow across entire supply chain suite (i.e. Merchandise Operations, Cognitive Forecasting, Allocation, Replenishment, SCPO, WMS, TMS, CatMan, etc) • Provides guidance on Root Cause Analysis process to help team reduce ongoing and repeat Incidents • Proactively suggests and gets involved in organizational initiatives contributing to the global processes to achieve success for Blue Yonder, its associates, and customers • Participates in management-led efforts to maintain high morale, low attrition, and collaboration globally and across internal functions • Assists other team members with process improvement and current situation analysis exercises • Conducts functional analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the functional and technical needs of the client and develops business solutions to meet those needs. • Provides a variety of functional support to the project team; including requirements gathering and documentation, solution configuration, end-user and train-the-trainer knowledge transfer, quality assurance/design review, operations consulting, troubleshooting, system testing, etc. • Provides functional expertise on development projects. • Works with appropriate parties to ensure issues are resolved. • Works with Blue Yonder Management to provide timely, appropriate level of communication with respect to the work assigned • Works with project team to understand and help to refine and define project functional requirements from business needs. • Diagnoses business and technical expectations on a project. • Works with the appropriate parties to effectively estimate project timelines.
