Operations Implementation Coach
Lion Chaser Development Group
• Manage the implementation of operation modules within the Restaurant 365 software for clients. • Train client teams on the use of the software and best practices. • Ensure adherence to necessary deadlines throughout the implementation process. • Communicate status updates and address any issues promptly and effectively to clients. • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they transition to and utilize the software. • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize implementation processes and enhance client experiences.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in implementing operations software solutions, preferably Restaurant365.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operation principles & standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and support client teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience working as a contractor or consultant is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior restaurant experience and knowledge is preferred.
