• Planificar, ejecutar y controlar proyectos de tecnología de alto impacto para la operación retail nacional, aplicando metodologías híbridas (PMI y Agile) para garantizar la entrega en tiempo, costo y alcance, con la calidad esperada por el negocio. • Liderar la gestión integral de proyectos tecnológicos: desde el acta de constitución hasta el cierre formal. • Desarrollar planes de proyecto, cronogramas, presupuestos, WBS y matrices de riesgos. • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios internos y externos (proveedores, integradores, consultoras). • Implementar metodologías híbridas adaptando PMI y marcos ágiles según la naturaleza del proyecto. • Gestionar stakeholders a nivel directivo, presentando reportes de avance ejecutivos. • Controlar cambios al alcance (change management) siguiendo procesos establecidos de gobernanza. • Monitorear el presupuesto de proyectos y gestionar solicitudes de recursos adicionales. • Identificar, evaluar y mitigar riesgos de proyecto de manera proactiva. • Gestionar la relación con proveedores tecnológicos y contratos de servicio. • Coordinar proyectos simultáneos en distintas regiones del país.

Job Requirements

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Administración, Sistemas o carrera afín.
  • Certificación PMP (Project Management Professional) vigente y obligatoria.
  • Certificación Agile: PMI-ACP, CSM o SAFe deseable.
  • Mínimo 6 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de TI, de los cuales 3 en retail o consumo masivo.
  • Experiencia gestionando proyectos de implementación ERP, plataformas e-commerce o infraestructura.
  • Dominio de herramientas: MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Power BI para reporteo.
  • Alta capacidad de comunicación ejecutiva y gestión de conflictos.
  • Inglés avanzado (reuniones y documentación con proveedores internacionales).

Role Description This position requires the individual to have a permanent remote office based within a 4-hour drive or 2-hour flight to the Oxford Atlanta HQ, and the ability to travel as needed (approx. 10%). The IT Project Manager will manage technology projects and daily operations within Oxford IT.
