• Capital Bank is seeking an experienced IT Audit leader for our IT Internal Audit Manager role. • Assist the SVP, IA Director to plan, manage, and maintain the Information Technology Internal Audit (IT IA) function for Capital Bank. • Responsible for performing and overseeing the IT audits of the bank, including IT infrastructure and operations, data privacy, cybersecurity reviews and the governance of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). • Execute and manage IT risk assessments, IT SOX compliance, and technical audits, while providing expertise to other internal auditors or third-party outsourced IA firms. • Report findings, conclusions, and technical remediation strategies to management and the Audit Committee.

• Own the entire enterprise integration strategy, defining how applications communicate, share data, and interoperate seamlessly. • Serve as the principal architect and technical governor for complex, high-impact technology initiatives. • Design, develop, and maintain the enterprise integration architecture (EIA) strategy, roadmap, and standards. • Review and approve high-level solution designs from project-level solution architects, ensuring they align with enterprise standards, security policies, and the long-term roadmap. • Proactively identify and resolve major architectural risks, conflicts, and dependencies between large projects. • Communicate and present complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.

• Support mission-critical cloud and infrastructure environments. • Planning, coordination, and delivery of IT support services, including system installation, configuration, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training. • Ensuring high levels of system availability, performance, and security. • Support operations in compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, FedRAMP, and RMF. • Respond to incidents and service requests. • Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams.

• Deliver technical support for the eMaint software via phone, email, chat, and web meetings. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a Microsoft and web-based environment. • Clearly document customer interactions and technical issues in real time. • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and high-quality support experience. • Contribute to product documentation and knowledge base articles. • Participate in software testing to help ensure quality releases. • Approach each interaction with empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
