• Lead client and stakeholder discussions to understand business objectives, regulatory considerations, and data needs across financial services domains • Surface underlying client needs, reframe problems, and identify solutions that strengthen and scale broader enterprise capabilities and continually evolve the data strategy • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure expertise in applicable business and data domains is represented in solution design • Translate client outcomes and business questions into well-defined data use cases, inclusive of defined success criteria • Analyze requirements across multiple clients to identify shared needs and design configurable, multi-tenant data solutions that avoid one-off, client-specific implementations • Partner with Technical Architects to translate business requirements into structured data requirements • Partner with data engineering and architecture teams to align solutions with enterprise platforms • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring designs balance client needs, platform standards, and long-term scalability • Consult on initial product launches, monitor initial pilot client experience in warranty, and provide cross training and transition to support • Provide continuous feedback to improve data products, platform capabilities, and delivery processes
Job Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in Financial Services
- Experience in client consulting or client facing solution architecture role
- Understanding of financial services data domains, preferably within the SS&C enterprise
- Working knowledge of modern data platforms and data engineering concepts
- Strong stakeholder communication skills including facilitation of external discovery and design sessions
- Highly collaborative and adept at working in matrix environments under tight timeframes
- Skilled in anticipating potential issues and blockers and working cross functionally to resolve
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, from discovery through delivery

Educate implanting teams on proper indications for TAVR procedures. Provide support on questions regarding device suitability with measuring ability and CT reconstruction expertise. Job Responsibilities - Represent real-world behavioral health care delivery models, workflows, and operational practices across diverse settings including outpatient, community-based, and integrated care environments. - Engage clinicians, care teams, administrators, and leadership through site visits, workshops, discovery sessions, and virtual engagements. - Provide practical insight into behavioral health workflows including documentation, care coordination, patient engagement, and regulatory considerations. - Translate behavioral health care delivery requirements into clear, actionable guidance for product management, design, and engineering teams. - Serve as a trusted advisor during product discovery, validation, and prioritization activities. - Lead behavioral health-focused discussions and address clinical, operational, and compliance-related considerations with internal and external stakeholders. - Provide insight into care models, documentation requirements, and coordination across behavioral health services. - Advocate for solutions that reflect real-world practice needs while supporting scalability and long-term product strategy. - Support cross-functional alignment by communicating specialty requirements to technical and non-technical audiences. - Travel to customer and partner sites as needed to support field engagement and product discovery. - Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position. Education Required - Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, clinical sciences, healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related field. - Master’s degree preferred. - Or any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications. Experience Required - Significant hands-on experience in behavioral health care delivery and/or practice operations. - Experience engaging directly with behavioral health providers, care teams, and operational leaders. - Experience collaborating with or advising product, design, or technology teams in a healthcare or healthcare SaaS environment. - Recognized as a trusted expert within behavioral health practice or operations (preferred). License/Certification Required - Professional license or certification relevant to behavioral health (current or prior), where applicable. - Product management or healthcare IT certifications are a plus but not required. Knowledge Of - Behavioral health care delivery models, workflows, and operational practices. - Healthcare documentation standards, compliance, and regulatory considerations specific to behavioral health. - EHR systems, healthcare SaaS platforms, and configuration-based solutions. - Care coordination and patient engagement within behavioral health settings. Skill In - Communicating complex behavioral health workflows and operational concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. - Facilitating discussions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions. - Translating specialty expertise into product requirements and design considerations. - Influencing product decisions through domain credibility and real-world experience. Ability To - Establish trust and credibility with behavioral health providers, care teams, and administrators. - Engage and influence diverse stakeholder groups. - Adapt communication style to clinical, operational, and technical audiences. - Work effectively in a cross-functional product environment. - Travel as required.
