You can configure quoting templates with some calculated fields and approvals logic, troubleshoot workflow issues, and know when a customer's requirements need custom development vs. native functionality. Customer-facing excellence. You can manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, communicate complex concepts clearly, and build trust with practitioners who will be living in the product daily. Creative problem-solving. Commerce Hub is evolving. You'll find creative ways to meet advanced customer needs with existing functionality while documenting gaps for the product team.
