Composites One
• Drive growth, profitability, and innovation across assigned product areas • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Suppliers to develop and manage a differentiated product portfolio • Develop and execute long-term product strategies and marketing plans • Create and recommend pricing and procurement strategies • Identify and evaluate new suppliers, products, and technologies • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships • Research, analyze, and monitor global market trends • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Sellers to align strategies
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business-to-business marketing, sales, technical service, engineering, or business management
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include business, marketing, or engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) within a Windows environment
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority; high energy, emotional intelligence, and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including customers and suppliers
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills to manage multiple product lines in a global environment
- Self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and driving innovation
- Ability to define vision, set direction, and translate strategy into actionable tactics.

Role Description The Product Manager – Talent Solutions is responsible for managing all activities that contribute to the success of talent-focused products and services, including hiring and training solutions for financial professionals, sales leaders and managers, home office sales professionals, life insurance agency models, and home office employees. This role ensures membership satisfaction, operational integrity, and profitability of the talent solutions portfolio.
