NetSuite Administrator – Contract

• Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator managing licenses, user access, roles, permissions, security settings and system configurations • Continuously optimize NetSuite modules including Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory and Order Management; identify opportunities to leverage incremental modules to support scalable business operations • Configure and customize NetSuite objects, forms, fields, page layouts, and workflows to meet evolving business requirements • Design, test and deploy custom workflows and automation to streamline business processes • Create and customize saved searches, reports, and dashboards to provide real-time business insights across the organization; routinely review and rationalize underutilized reports • Partner with functional leaders to understand business requirements and implement related enhancements • Perform data imports, exports, and migrations ensuring high data quality and accuracy • Manage integrations between NetSuite and bolt-on solutions (currently SPS, Corpay, and RF-SMART) • Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners on system upgrades, integrations and new module deployments • Deliver training & guidance to end-users to improve system adoption, literacy, and best practices • Support internal and external audit as required
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, or related fields
- Proficiency in creating custom workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards in NetSuite
- Knowledge of business processes and their alignment with technology solutions
- Expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication
- Experience with system implementations, upgrades and change management
- Deep knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation) is a plus
- Experience in CPG or food industry is a plus
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to assess data, processes, and performance metrics
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations – BOMs, work orders, MRP, routings & inventory control
