• Facilitate and manage live demo webinars, collaborating with stakeholders to develop compelling content and presentations that effectively showcase RF-SMART solutions • Configure and manage webinar platforms, including event setup, backend logistics, registration workflows, and post-event reporting and analytics • Create and deploy webinar marketing assets including landing pages, promotional emails, and registration campaigns to drive attendance and engagement • Coordinate with internal presenters and stakeholders to ensure seamless webinar delivery, including scheduling, rehearsals, and technical preparation • Support the Customer Education Marketing team with setting up customer training webinars that enhance user adoption and product knowledge • Develop comprehensive reports on webinar performance, tracking key metrics to measure success and identify improvement opportunities • Maintain organized digital asset libraries within the Content Marketing SharePoint, ensuring webinar files and resources are accessible and properly archived • Research and implement innovative strategies to increase webinar registrations, improve content quality, and enhance overall attendee engagement • Collaborate with the content marketing team on video demo creation and broader marketing campaigns as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field required
  • 2+ years of experience in webinar coordination, virtual event management, or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple webinars or virtual events from planning through execution
  • Experience with webinar platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Familiarity with CRM/marketing platforms for tracking and reporting
