Remote Event Operations Specialist

This is a remote position. We’re looking for a detail-driven Remote Event Operations Specialist to support the coordination of high-impact, client-facing events. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping major event operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll manage scheduling, client communications, and event-related logistics, ensuring every detail is confirmed and every interaction feels professional and seamless. You’ll work closely with our team to keep timelines organized, support live and upcoming events, and help deliver a polished experience from start to finish. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy being part of large-scale or high-visibility events, this role is for you.
