• Assist Revenue Analysts with software renewal processes and reporting • Respond to customer emails and requests within SalesForce; resolve and close cases • Mail and e-mail upcoming renewal notices and invoices to customers • Create equipment orders and quotes in NetSuite • Assist customers with invoice questions and online store guidance • Prepare customer required documentations such as sole source and W-9’s • Answer the phone for incoming orders and accounting
Job Requirements
- Accounting degree or at least 1 year of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must be organized, proactive and able to complete daily processes efficiently and accurately
- Must have ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Must have excellent verbal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and co-workers
- Must be dependable and reliable
- Knowledge of Accounting software or ERP systems such as NetSuite.
