Job Summary - Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for contingent workers, ensuring timely completion of background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements. - Ensure compliance with client-specific policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations. - Maintain accurate documentation and track compliance metrics, identifying gaps and areas for improvement. - Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, suppliers, and internal teams regarding onboarding and compliance matters. - Collaborate with MSP program managers and client stakeholders to address compliance issues and improve onboarding efficiencies. - Utilize vendor management systems (VMS) to track onboarding progress, report compliance status, and manage documentation. - Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting contingent workforce compliance. - Assist in audits and reporting by providing necessary documentation and insights. - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding and compliance processes Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 2+ years of experience in staffing, onboarding, compliance, or MSP environments. - Strong knowledge of employment laws, background check requirements, and contingent workforce compliance standards. - Proficiency in vendor management systems (VMS) such as Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar platforms. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders professionally. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS system

• Research, interpret, and apply federal and state mortgage lending, privacy, and consumer protection statutes and regulations, such as TRID (Reg Z), HMDA, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, GLBA, and CCPA. • Ensure compliance with agency and investor guidelines including Fannie Mae (FNMA), Freddie Mac (FHLMC), FHA, VA, and USDA. • Monitor for regulatory developments, investor guideline changes, and industry guidance, and discuss business impact with product managers, engineers, compliance leadership, and operations teams. • Provide compliance guidance on new product features, enhancements, product documentation, system workflows, and decisioning rules, to ensure alignment with regulatory and investor requirements. • Assist in performing regulatory compliance control testing. • Identify compliance gaps, document findings, and recommend corrective actions. • Track and support remediation of identified compliance issues and control deficiencies. • Identify and mitigate risks related to consumer PII usage, storage, and transmission.

• Actively liaise and closely collaborate with global regulatory bodies to support product market entry and maintenance. • Identify current and new regulatory submission and market entry requirements, providing guidance to the product teams for registration of products. • Actively manage and maintain the product distribution process to ensure only released product, medical and non-medical, is put on the market. • Identify and implement tools and/or processes to improve the product distribution and communication process. • Enforce compliance to applicable standards and escalate to appropriate authorities if needed.
