Content Development Intern, Private Events
Oak View Group - OVG
• Develop an understanding of the daily responsibilities involved in multi-venue programming, booking, private event sales, and revenue generation across sports and live entertainment properties. • Assist in growing the private event sales pipeline by researching prospective clients, identifying new target markets (corporate, nonprofit, social, premium experiences), and supporting outreach initiatives across OVG venues. • Gain hands-on experience using relevant sales tools (e.g. CRM platforms). • Create client, and event, briefs during key stages of the sales process (e.g., prior to prospecting and introductory meetings), preparing background materials and insights for OVG leadership. • Assist in the development of customized client presentations and proposals. • Support coordination of client walkthroughs and site visits, helping prepare materials and contributing to a best-in-class guest experience. • Contribute to the planning and site execution of activations at venue events.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled as a full-time student or a recent graduate at a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) or Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) at the time of the program start.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing strategy aligned with business and campaign goals set by Americas Marketing Campaigns team. Maintain an annual calendar of trade shows and conferences. • Manage all event planning, logistics, vendor coordination and on-site execution of assigned Verint Americas’ direct tradeshows, industry events, virtual conferences and in-person events using established Verint processes and best practices to ensure consistency. • Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors on assigned events. Provide clear and consistent event updates, timelines, and post-event reports.
