Partnership Manager
Revolution Prep
• Drive growth by developing new school partnerships and expanding existing relationships within a defined regional territory. • Own the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and outreach to onboarding, account management, and renewal. • Actively engage in business development activities, including school fairs, conferences, conventions, networking, and community events. • Design and execute a regional partnership strategy to exceed revenue and growth targets. • Secure and lead meetings with key school decision-makers and stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with the National Director of Partnerships and the regional sales field team to align on strategy and execution. • Track activity, pipeline, and results to ensure consistent progress toward goals. • Travel regionally as needed to support partnership development and relationship management.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably within education, EdTech, or school-based partnerships.
- Demonstrated success building relationships with independent schools, private schools, or school districts (preferred).
- Self-starter, agile, and entrepreneurial with a strong hunter mindset.
- Proven ability to secure meetings, influence decision-makers, and close new partnerships.
- Skilled at negotiating mutually beneficial, long-term partnerships.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel within a defined territory; occasional overnight travel is required.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Role Description - Account Management & Relationship Building - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction. - Conduct regular account reviews to understand customer goals, challenges, and opportunities for growth. - Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within the customer organization. - Advocate for the customer internally, ensuring their needs are met across product, service, and support teams. - Sales & Revenue Growth - Drive renewals and expansion opportunities within existing accounts to maximize customer lifetime value. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for SaaS solutions, licensed software, and professional services. - Own and achieve assigned quota and revenue targets by proactively managing the sales pipeline. - Work closely with customers to demonstrate the value of additional software modules, features, or services. - Navigate complex sales cycles within existing accounts, including procurement processes and contract negotiations. - Customer Success & Retention - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to reduce churn and drive long-term retention. - Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to resolve customer issues and drive engagement. - Provide insights on best practices and how customers can maximize the value of their investment. - Identify early warning signs of potential churn and proactively address customer concerns. - Sales Forecasting & Reporting - Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM records (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Provide regular reports on account health, revenue performance, and growth opportunities. - Track and analyze customer buying behavior to refine sales strategies. - Collaboration with Internal Teams - Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to align solutions with customer needs. - Partner with Solution Engineers and Professional Services teams to design tailored solutions for customer needs. - Communicate customer feedback and feature requests to Product Management to drive improvements. - Contract & Renewal Management - Manage and negotiate contract renewals, ensuring alignment with pricing and licensing models. - Work with Legal and Finance teams to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions. - Ensure smooth transitions for software license renewals, subscription changes, or professional service engagements. - Industry & Competitive Awareness - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. - Educate customers on industry best practices and thought leadership related to their business needs. • Drive member enrollment through community engagement • Plan and execute weekly outreach activities including community events, pop-ups, tabling, canvassing, and local meetings • Educate community members about Zócalo’s services and help eligible individuals enroll • Gather ongoing feedback from community members and partners to inform outreach strategies, messaging, and engagement approaches • Serve as a visible, trusted presence in local neighborhoods and gathering places • Build and manage a referral network • Develop partnerships with clinics, hospitals, behavioral health providers, shelters, food banks, faith-based organizations, schools, and county agencies • Create warm handoff and referral workflows that consistently generate enrollments • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with key partners in each county • Own enrollment performance • Carry monthly and quarterly enrollment targets for the region • Track leads, referrals, conversions, and partner performance • Adjust outreach and partnership strategy based on data and results • Represent Zócalo locally • Attend and represent Zócalo at community meetings, coalitions, and events • Act as the primary point of contact for partners and local stakeholders • Bring insights from the field back to operations, clinical, and leadership teams • Operate with discipline and accountability • Use internal tools to document outreach, referrals, and enrollments • Participate in Regional Operating Committee meetings • Provide regular reporting on pipeline, partnerships, and results
