• Supports field sales activity by providing outstanding installation, onboarding and training, and integration support. • Responsible for hardware and accessory installation and software connectivity for the Antech In-House Diagnostic (IHD) portfolio, Reference Lab (RL) portfolio, and other Mars Science and Diagnostic (SDx) products and services. • Provides detailed end-user hands-on technical and staff training for these services. • Walk customers through software installation and launch newly-installed programs and analyzers for the first time. • Sends technical documentation to customers and end-users and makes recommendations to associates or customers. • Manages customer relations and education upon sale completion and coordination of IHD install and components. • Plans, schedules, organizes, documents and performs all Reference Lab Onboarding and IHD installations. • Performs physical install of IHD systems and computers at clinic location. • Offers ongoing assistance and availability for on location support to customers whose needs surpass the abilities of phone and online interactive support. • Collaborates with Sales and TSS on an ongoing, pro-active basis to formulate solutions to various clinic and territory technical needs.

This role is responsible for managing crews, ensuring safe installations, and maintaining productivity on active job sites. The position supports industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects requiring temporary access solutions. This is a strong fit for a hands-on leader who can direct crews, enforce safety standards, and keep projects moving in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities - Lead scaffolding crews in the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems across multiple job sites - Supervise daily field operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements - Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to maintain workflow and sequencing - Enforce OSHA standards, safety protocols, and company procedures on all job sites - Review drawings, site plans, and scope details to guide accurate scaffold installation - Monitor crew productivity, track progress, and adjust manpower as needed to meet project timelines - Conduct daily safety meetings, inspections, and toolbox talks with field teams - Manage material usage, equipment needs, and jobsite organization to support efficient operations - Identify and resolve field issues quickly to avoid delays or safety risks - Travel to job sites across the East Coast, including overnight stays, to support ongoing projects

Position Overview: The Dexter Robotics Launch Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring successful adoption of the Dexter robotic system at new customer sites across the United States. As part of the dedicated Robotics Launch Team, you will provide hands-on clinical and operational support during new robot installations, accelerating first cases, supporting surgeon and OR staff training, and ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes during the early stages of adoption. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Clinical Specialists, hospital teams, and internal cross-functional partners to deliver a premium “white-glove” launch experience, while supporting structured handoffs to permanent Dexter Clinical Sales Specialists (CSS) following launch completion. This role is highly dynamic and requires extensive travel to support robot launches nationwide. Duties and Responsibilities: Clinical Launch Support - Provide direct intraoperative and perioperative clinical support during Dexter robotic system launches, including system setup, docking, instrumentation, sterile field management, troubleshooting, and support during initial cases. - Support training of surgeons, nurses, and OR staff to accelerate proficiency and ensure safe and effective use of the Dexter robotic system. - Support competency development and readiness of surgeons and OR teams, ensuring stakeholders achieve the proficiency required for safe and effective Dexter robotic system use. - Maintain expert knowledge of the Dexter robotic system, surgical workflows, and operating room best practices while effectively communicating the clinical benefits of robotic-assisted surgery. Customer Launch Experience - Deliver a premium “white-glove” launch experience that minimizes early friction and promotes strong early adoption and case utilization. - Identify and address customer needs before, during, and after launch implementation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. - Build strong working relationships with surgeons, OR teams, hospital leadership, and internal stakeholders to support long-term customer success. - Travel nationally to support new robot installations and launch activities across multiple customer sites. Launch Execution & Collaboration - Collaborate closely with the Launch Team Lead, Sales teams, and hospital stakeholders to execute launch plans aligned with company growth objectives. - Participate in structured handoffs by shadowing and supporting knowledge transfer to newly assigned Clinical Sales Specialists (CSS) to ensure smooth account transitions. - Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Clinical Training, and Product to ensure a coordinated and successful robot launch experience. Continuous Improvement & Insights - Maintain accurate documentation of launch activities, case support, and training delivered, and provide reporting and insights on launch outcomes, adoption progress, and areas for improvement. - Capture clinical, workflow, and training insights during launches and communicate feedback to internal teams (training, product, and sales) to continuously improve launch processes and customer experience. - Provide additional support for internal training initiatives, sales enablement activities, and “Flying Dexter” deployments for customer demonstrations or marketing events.

• Travel to install, service, troubleshoot and repair TRUMPF CNC fabricating machine tools at customer sites throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico • Provide high-quality technical service to customers to ensure optimal sheet metal machine performance • Document customer machine information and technical conditions and make improvement suggestions • Train customers to operate and/or service machines to ensure maximum productivity • Act as a TRUMPF Service ambassador and work directly with customers during installations and repairs to enable their business success
