• Investigate product opportunities using customer research, prototyping and go-to-market plans. • Work closely with a team of engineers, data scientists and designers to bring features to market. • Develop metrics to define expectations and measure outcomes such as operational efficiency, revenue, platform utilization and customer satisfaction. • Engage executive and functional teams in release, operational and customer support plans. • Own the roadmap for your product area, lead regular prioritization cycles and ensure the highest impact work is scoped and requirements are clearly defined for business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience delivering software products
  • At least 2 years experience working in an early stage B2B startup environment
  • Aptitude for building relationships with a multinational team across several time zones
  • Experience analyzing data, building workflows and prototypes with AI to support product development
  • Skilled at deeply understanding customer needs and supporting prioritization decisions with qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Experience working in remote or hybrid environments across time zones, demonstrating the ability to thrive in distributed teams through asynchronous communication, strong time management, independent work, and sustained productivity and engagement
  • Nice to have
  • Experience in US wholesale electricity markets, distributed energy resources, commercial energy developers, utilities or SaaS API product development
  • Background in engineering, computer science, data science or other technical discipline
