• Serve as the operational bridge between the Revenue Systems Architect and all key stakeholder teams • Take ownership of frontline support, backlog execution, sprint hygiene, documentation, and change management • Work closely with developers, vendors, and business users to ensure stories are delivered on time • Manage sprint board in Jira • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives • Publish clear and concise sprint release notes at the end of every cycle • Maintain system documentation, user guides, and SOPs for all changes • Ensure sandbox testing, impact analysis, and structured deployments are followed • Provide training and knowledge support to end-users during change rollouts • Ensure accuracy of Opportunities, Orders, Leads, Contacts, and Accounts • Monitor and enforce data hygiene practices • Troubleshoot and maintain field mappings and sync logic across various tools

• Create, refine, and maintain the User Stories/Requirements for a project, map the user stories to features, develop epics and features, define the acceptance criteria, and partner with the Product Owner for user story traceability and refinement • Maintain, manage, and refine a prioritized backlog in partnership with the Product Owner • Adhere to Agile principles and philosophies (Scrum or Kanban, as applicable) in fulfillment of the role. • Mentor and guide other team members on Agile best practices and analysis techniques & tools. • Foundational understanding of API technologies and data flows to translate technical jargon between the Product Owner, QA analysts, developers and the stakeholders of the business so that all partners are working towards a common goal. • Utilizes advanced critical/analytical thinking skills to identify process gaps and potential project risks, then uses problem solving skills to brainstorm solutions with the team. • Document business processes, functional specifications, non-functional specifications, and technical specifications. • Perform detailed data mapping and data modeling, as well as create network topology diagrams, and process flow diagrams. • Ensure compliance with all the audit requirements of the company. • Leads research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support the product owner and stakeholders in the decision-making process. • Create complex SQL queries and help map the data elements as needed, collaborate with multiple stakeholders to elicit requirements and lead story estimation for data or application development projects. • Develop expertise in systems’ gap and impact analysis to eliminate product inefficiencies. • Remain up-to-date on current technology trends, software development life cycle methodologies and best practices. • Lead department initiatives with limited supervision. • Provide mentoring and training to junior team members. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Description You will… - Be part of the Platform Requirements and Verification team, collaborating with multidisciplinary Engineers and Research Scientists to enable safe self-driving at scale. - Focus on Software Development for tools to support the Platform team's validation and verification (V&V) activities with emphasis on: - Vehicle dynamics and control simulation for Autonomous Vehicle (AV) systems - Use of Large Language Models (LLMs) for generating requirements and verification, as well as test environments. - Receive hands-on work experience in identifying system requirements, building simulation environments, and deploying software. - Work closely and learn Systems Engineering, Architecture Design, Requirements and Verification. Qualifications - Working towards a BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical field of study. - Demonstrated software engineering experience: through previous internships, work experience, coursework, and personal initiatives. - Proven capabilities of functional software with Python and/or Rust. - A strong passion for robotics systems and an intuitive understanding of actual electro-mechanical problems in the context of self-driving or robotics. Requirements - Prior experience or participation in a Formula SAE, Baja SAE, or other relevant robotics/vehicle competition. - Experience with physics-based simulation environments for vehicle dynamics and controls. - Knowledge of low-level systems, including C++ or Robotics Operating Systems (ROS). - Familiarity with Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs) APIs.
