Field Implementation Manager

Toro TMS

• Lead onsite implementations of Toro’s platform at bulk trucking terminals, dispatch centers, and warehouses • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product and Operations to translate client goals into actionable rollout plans • Deliver hands-on training to dispatchers, drivers, and logistics managers, making tech feel approachable and useful • Troubleshoot issues in real time and adapt implementation plans to meet site-specific needs • Travel to client sites (up to 70%)

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a client facing role, warehousing, logistics or field-based SaaS implementation
  • Strong project management and client-facing communication skills
  • Comfort with dynamic environments and a knack for simplifying complex systems
  • Empathy for frontline users and a bias toward action
  • Willingness to travel and work hands-on with clients

Role Description The Sr. Implementation Project Manager is responsible for working with internal and external clients during the integration of clients’ processes and procedures with Harris and Harris’ collections systems. This role involves: - Development, testing, and implementation of all tasks associated with the collection system. - Coordinating programming changes internally, externally with clients, and programming vendors. - Some client contact over the phone and/or in-person visits. - Understanding client needs and suggesting solutions. Location: Can be completely remote or hybrid if in the Chicagoland area, will require travel to the Chicago office if remote. Schedule: Regular business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, must be able to work after hours and on weekends as needed. Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience. Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred. - 3-5 years in a technical or application support environment. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with excellent attention to detail. - Demonstrated experience with implementations and data transfers. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management, and follow-up abilities. - Effective time management and organizational skills. - Microsoft Office experience, specifically with Excel.
