Role Description The Sr. Implementation Project Manager is responsible for working with internal and external clients during the integration of clients’ processes and procedures with Harris and Harris’ collections systems. This role involves: - Development, testing, and implementation of all tasks associated with the collection system. - Coordinating programming changes internally, externally with clients, and programming vendors. - Some client contact over the phone and/or in-person visits. - Understanding client needs and suggesting solutions. Location: Can be completely remote or hybrid if in the Chicagoland area, will require travel to the Chicago office if remote. Schedule: Regular business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, must be able to work after hours and on weekends as needed. Salary: $70,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience.
