Our focus is squarely on building the best-in-class, end-to-end transportation management software (TMS) for bulk commodity haulers. The Role As Field Implementation Manager, you’ll be the face of Toro during one of the most critical moments in our client journey: going live. You’ll lead the deployment of our TMS platform at customer sites, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Toro’s modern, user-friendly solution. This role blends project management, client training, and real-time problem solving all with a people-first mindset. • Own and manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to close • Consistently meet or exceed quota and sales goals • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities • Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand customer needs • Partner with SDRs on prospecting strategy and lead qualification • Negotiate contracts and pricing with decision-makers • Accurately maintain records in the CRM and provide reliable forecasts • Travel to meet prospects and customers face-to-face as needed

About the role We are growing our fully remote Engineering team and looking for an entrepreneurial, product-minded Software Engineer to join our team. The right person will be driven, curious, and have a builder’s mentality. Joining Toro TMS means becoming a partner in solving interesting, challenging problems for our users. This person will also be mentored by a team of exceptionally experienced engineers (our current engineers have an average of 10+ years of experience and come from best practice companies like Google, Appfolio, Procore, and Lattice). This is a full-time role.
