Senior Product Definition Engineer
PTC
• Develop a deep knowledge of Onshape’s capabilities and stay up to date with constantly expanding feature-set. • Provide technical assistance and expertise to users and report insights back to departments within Onshape. • Provide high velocity email-based transactional support directly to Onshape commercial users. • Treat support as a feedback mechanism to product development for how users use Onshape. • Answer questions and provide appropriate resources to self-learning and educational content. • Triage requests for new functionality and write specifications for new features. • Reproduce and document software bugs and report them to development. • Be an ambassador to the Onshape community on the Forum.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 2+ Years of CAD experience
- 4+ Years of Mechanical engineering / Design experience
- Must be in Pacific or Mountain time zones
