Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Technical Writer to draft, edit, and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and grant solicitations. This role works closely with compliance, operations, finance, and leadership to translate program operations and organizational capabilities into clear, structured, and compliant proposal narratives. The ideal candidate can manage multiple deadlines while ensuring proposals meet solicitation requirements, evaluation criteria, and formatting standards. - Draft, edit, and format proposal responses including executive summaries, program descriptions, technical approaches, and implementation plans. - Analyze solicitations to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions. - Develop proposal outlines or compliance matrices to ensure all requirements are addressed. - Gather information from subject matter experts and coordinate multi-author contributions. - Review proposals for clarity, accuracy, compliance, and consistency. - Manage multiple proposal timelines, internal deliverables, and submission deadlines.
