Role Description The Processing Specialist I ensures accurate processing of biweekly and semi-monthly payroll for assigned entities. Role Description The Operational Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining high‑quality training experiences for both internal team members and external users of Palco’s products and services. This role supports the full lifecycle of learning—guiding new employees beyond initial onboarding, ensuring continued internal skill development, and equipping external partners and stakeholders with clear, effective educational resources. The Operational Trainer manages Palco’s internal and external training libraries, develops engaging training content, and facilitates regular training sessions on topics such as product updates, process changes, and workplace productivity. Role Description Customer Service Representative I is a primary customer-facing employee who provides assistance and support for individuals self-directing Medicaid services in the home and the caregivers for those individuals. The CSR is knowledgeable of specific rules and qualifications of the programs Palco supports. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, the CSR promptly and accurately address issues, provides support and information to ensure customer satisfaction. The CSR also maintains very good knowledge of company systems and sensitive information/PHI handling procedures. Responsible for handling 40+ inbound and outbound calls, with the ability to determine needs and provide one call resolution. This position requires the ability to work Monday – Friday from 7:00 am – 6:30 pm CST. Role Description The Client Engagement Specialist acts as a proxy for the Client Engagement Manager as needed. They serve as a liaison between the Client Engagement team and other internal Palco staff, including enrollment, customer service, payroll, billing, marketing/communications, and product management. They share responsibility for managing contract deliverables and are subject matter experts for the programs they support, providing expert-level knowledge to internal and external audiences.
