Candidates based in Oklahoma and Louisiana will also be considered. Territory: You will be supporting customers based out in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma – about 50% of travel is expected. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a trusted technical expert, delivering high-value engineering support to drive the performance and growth of Quadra’s Energy Group product portfolio. Reporting to the North American Technical Services Manager, the Technical Service Representative provides advanced technical support to customers, lead technical training initiatives, and collaborate closely with commercial teams and clients to optimize plant performance and process efficiency. What would be your main responsibilities as a Technical Service Representative: - Provide on-site and remote engineering support to gas processing facilities across the territory, with a focus on process optimization, equipment performance and operational efficiency. - Lead and support troubleshooting services (remote and on-site), including emergency response, on our core products to service gas sweetening, dehydration and hydrocarbon recovery facilities. - Apply technical expertise in gas treating processes, including amine sweetening, molecular sieve dehydration. - Conduct joint technical visits with Account Managers and suppliers representatives to support customer initiatives and identify performance improvement opportunities. - Serve as a subject matter expert on product applications, delivering technical guidance to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. - Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with Plant Engineers, Operations teams, and key stakeholders. - Prepare detailed technical reports, including data analysis, performance evaluations, and actionable recommendations. - Collaborate with supplier engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and translate technical findings into practical, field-ready solutions for customers and internal teams. - Support plant start-ups, commissioning activities, and chemical program implementations in coordination with Account Managers. - Contribute to business development efforts by addressing technical objections and clearly articulating the value of proposed solutions. - Deliver technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions to customers and internal teams to enhance product understanding and operational effectiveness - Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives through proactive engagement and continuous improvement efforts. - Document and maintain fully detailed records of prospect and customer contacts, technical issues, resolutions reports to be entered into Salesforce in a comprehensive and organized manner. - Monitor and report any changes in business trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making. - Keep abreast of competitor product knowledge; analyze trends to identify opportunities for product improvement or new product development. - Participate in training, sales meetings, commercial training, to enhance sales productivity and technical knowledge, as authorized by the Technical Services Manager. - Represent Quadra at industry conferences, trade shows, customer meetings to promote products and services and gather market intelligence. - Collaborate and liaise cross-functionally to contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures to address customer needs and ensure a satisfactory level of customer service. - Uphold a high standard of professionalism to build credibility and trust with customers and stakeholders. Compensation Information: The annual base pay range for this position is reasonably expected to be $97,975.00 USD to $165,400.00 USD. Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS: - High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; or 5 years’ experience in a related field. - Possess and supply a set of hand tools necessary to perform required job duties. - Obtain Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification T8 (PMI) within eighteen (18) months. - This position follows regulations issued by the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). We are seeking candidates based in Houston area Primary Duties & Key Responsibilities - Will work closely with more senior mobile inspectors and mobile inspections management while they expand their inspection skills and gain a better understanding of the role. - Conduct a thorough vehicle inspection. - Locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer/clients’ lot safely. - Verify vehicle identification and enter accurate vehicle information into the inspection system to correct VIN, mileage, and sub series. - Inspect vehicle equipment and options, documenting results including damage, missing or inoperable items. - Inspect and record vehicle exterior condition, including but not limited to tires, frame, glass, panels, and mechanical components. - Inspect and record the vehicle interior condition, including but not limited to seats, dashboard, and options. - Perform basic mechanical checks on vehicles including powertrain, drivetrain, and electrical components. - Prepare and provide daily activity reports to management. - Be able to pivot and adapt to changes in daily appointments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of each dealer visit. - Develop strong knowledge of clients in territory and work together with partners to keep them active with Manheim mobile inspections through regular, pro-active on lot engagement - Receive data and insight from partners and leverage to maximize volume of units inspected on dealer lots. - Represent Cox Automotive as a brand ambassador and provide a premier client experience by interfacing regularly core clients and ensuring satisfaction. - Functions as a solid team player and work closely with the Wholesale Specialist Team, peers, other Manheim workgroups and auctions. - Utilize SalesForce.com for reporting, lead input and customer performance reviews. - Understanding NAAA Frame/Structure Damage Policy. - Will work in a continuous improvement/Lean environment and encouraged to drive a lean culture. - Maintain production expectations set by the leader. - Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence. - Other duties as assigned. Required Experience & Specialized Knowledge and Skills - High School Diploma/GED required. - Minimal automotive knowledge is preferred, body and mechanical. - 0-2 years of any automotive related experience preferred. - Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required. - Travel 100% - Reliable transportation required. Reimbursement program dependent on number of miles driven. - Good communication and interpersonal skills required. - Strong technical aptitude. - Must be detail orientated. - Experience in navigating handheld and other documentation devices preferred. - Motivated to work independently with remote supervision. - Ability to multitask, follow directions and take instruction is required. - Body, paint, and mechanical repair knowledge helpful. - Familiarity with unibody and full-frame helpful. - Ability to lift and hold at least 30 lbs. at waist level for an extended period of time. - Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear. - Frequently required to crouch, bend, and kneel to look at side or underneath car. Strength to lift hood or trunk. Bend while performing audits. Reach inside or underneath vehicle. - Near vision abilities required to find dings and scratches, paint work, hail damage, frame/unibody, other exterior damage and Interior damage. Able to identify exterior or interior colors. - Ability to deal with different lighting (i.e. exterior and interior lighting, natural and artificial light) - Requires physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements SMCOX Drug Testing To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
