Workday Analyst II – Reporting & Analytics

Daikin Applied Americas

• Serve as a strategic owner of the Workday reporting and analytics space by defining standards, best practices, reporting intake, and maintenance processes to support consistency, efficiency, and data integrity • Build, enhance, and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT, Discovery Boards, Dashboards) with a focus on developing scalable and reusable reporting solutions aligned with business requirements • Support complex calculated fields, data source troubleshooting, and reporting security requirements • Develop, enhance, and maintain Prism dashboards and Discovery Boards to deliver actionable insights to HR and business leaders • Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical reporting specifications • Provide actionable insights and analysis to HR and business leaders • Deliver knowledge transfer, reporting guidance, and self-service enablement • Collaborate with Workday Functional and Analyst teams to align reporting with configuration changes and needs • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and improve efficiency • Manage Workday release enhancements to ensure technical and functional requirements are tested and adopted in a timely manner

Job Requirements

  • US Citizenship or valid green card
  • 4 Year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ Years of Workday experience
  • 5+ Years in Workday Reporting and Analytics
  • Experience building Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Calculated Fields)
  • Experience with Workday Prism and Discovery Boards
  • Strong understanding of Workday data structures across HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent, and/or Payroll
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
  • Ability to consult and collaborate with cross-functional partners
