Specialist, Regulatory Compliance

• Coordinate and administer prize winner tax compliance • Independently manage routine licenses and permits related to charitable gaming and alcohol • Monitor, evaluate and maintain exemption statuses and certificates • Interpret and apply changes in IRS, state, and local regulatory requirements • Develop and maintain compliance documentation, internal controls and reference materials • Assist the compliance team with unclaimed property filings and regulatory compliance reviews

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, law or related field
  • 3 years relevant work experience or equivalent of education and experience
  • Ability to analyze regulatory requirements and determine appropriate compliance actions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with ACS financial systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, SharePoint, Conga, and Workday
