• Understand and adhere to the National EMR Policies and Procedures Manual, Uniform Handbook, and Operations Manual • Foster a culture that encourages team members to work safely • Maintain active status within the agency’s platforms • Responsible for administering respiratory tests and treatment to clients • Cleaning and sterilizing respiratory therapy equipment • Communicate and collaborate with appropriate medical staff • Assist with process improvement in respiratory protocols • Conduct pulmonary function tests; determine respiratory therapy treatment plans • Administer inhalants; operate mechanical ventilators and therapeutic gas administration apparatus • Evaluate effects of respiratory therapy treatment plan

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Graduation from accredited Respiratory Therapist Program required
  • Current certified respiratory therapist (CRT) certificate required
  • Cannot be barred from working in any state
  • 3 years' experience as a respiratory therapist
  • Pediatric and adult respiratory therapy experience preferred
  • ICS 100b, 200b, 700a, 800b courses required, ICS 300 and 400 to be completed upon hire

Lead field team providing onsite support. • Provide Apheresis expertise to support various internal activities and external facing training development. • Create and conduct Apheresis and Cell therapy lab on-boarding, assessments, training, and collection support and other areas as needed. • Build metrics program that will drive data collection and analysis in support of optimizing collection procedures, efficiency, and quality. • Actively engage in the identification, sharing, and adaptation of best practices cross-functionally and between centers and identify and champion industry working group initiatives that will improve overall cell and gene therapy industry and treatment experience of our patients. • Work closely across functions to ensure Chain of Identify and Chain of Custody are maintained throughout the patient journey.

As a full-time mental health provider for Spring Health, you will focus on care delivery of Spring Health’s member network. Salary information The target salary for this role ranges from is $66,000-$70,000, and serves as the baseline for compensation.
