The Representative I, Environmental Solutions supports a designated sales territory to collaborate with assigned Environmental Services Account Executive(s) in achieving individual and area sales targets. This role manages a moderately complex book of business and serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities •Acts as the primary escalation contact for client service and vendor concerns. Provide effective resolution to high level service problems. •Supports assigned Environmental Services Account Executive(s) to achieve or exceed budgeted revenue growth goals. •Develops economic and practical solutions for customers using competitive pricing tools. Develops customized proposals and prepares correspondence. (Estimated Contract Value Under $100,000) •Applies technical knowledge to assists customers with testing parameters and proper completion of profiles, manifests and appropriate forms for both WM Hazardous Facilities and Vendor Facilities. •Effectively utilize, coordinate, and cultivate relationships with internal and external customers to identify new waste stream opportunities.
