• lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting to support business decision-making • develop, implement, and refine AI-powered workflows that automate data extraction, cleaning, and reporting • build and maintain financial tools, models, and dashboards that improve accuracy, speed, and visibility • partner cross-functionally with teams across the business to understand drivers, surface insights, and improve financial processes • identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance data quality, and increase automation in FP&A operations • drive continuous improvement of our reporting and analytics capabilities using modern technologies and AI solutions

• Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and management reports • Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations (bank and credit cards) • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, invoices, and other financial transactions for employees, vendors, and partners • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation to support audit, tax, and internal review processes • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards such as GAAP or IFRS • Assist in providing financial data and analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to support the successful completion of audits

• Primarily responsible for sustaining and processing client’s finance-related activities within established target timeline • Partner and work collaboratively with both internal teams and external vendors to support in delivering reports timely and ensure quality of client’s satisfaction are met • Collaborate with other departments such as Account Management, Business Development, and Finance to maintain strong working relationships and ensure seamless communication and execution of activities • Assist on internal sales report and ad hoc finance related tasks

• Develop and manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring their financial needs and goals are understood and met. • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth transitions. • Attend annual review meetings with financial advisers and lead quarterly check-ins with clients. • Provide exceptional service, exceeding client expectations and delivering meaningful value. • Address client inquiries with clarity and professionalism. • Act as a liaison between clients and financial advisers, ensuring effective communication. • Collaborate with Wealth Advice Associates and the Client Services team to ensure timely processing of requests. • Continuously seek ways to enhance client experiences and improve service delivery.
