Senior FP&A Analyst

• lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting to support business decision-making • develop, implement, and refine AI-powered workflows that automate data extraction, cleaning, and reporting • build and maintain financial tools, models, and dashboards that improve accuracy, speed, and visibility • partner cross-functionally with teams across the business to understand drivers, surface insights, and improve financial processes • identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance data quality, and increase automation in FP&A operations • drive continuous improvement of our reporting and analytics capabilities using modern technologies and AI solutions
Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred
- 3+ years experience in finance and accounting, with experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel — including financial modeling, complex formulas, and data automation
- experience in B2B SaaS, especially in small to midsize companies, is preferred
- experience with financial systems, data tools, or BI platforms is a plus (Microsoft Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms )
- comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across multiple functional teams
