Outbound Sales Development Representative – Orthodontic, Dental

HIP Creative

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, SMS, email, and social messaging to generate new sales opportunities. • Make 70+ outbound dials per day to identify and qualify potential clients. • Initiate conversations with practice owners, physicians, and decision-makers in the dental and orthodontic industry. • Clearly communicate the value of HIP Creative’s marketing and growth solutions to prospective clients. • Qualify prospects and book meetings directly on the closers’ calendars. • Follow up persistently with prospects across multiple channels to maximize engagement and conversion. • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, and detailed prospect notes in real time. • Work closely with closers to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities. • Participate in daily sales meetings, call reviews, and coaching sessions to continually sharpen performance. • Demonstrate a metrics-driven mindset and consistently meet or exceed outbound activity and pipeline targets.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, or cold-calling roles preferred
  • Knowledge of the orthodontic or dental industry is a plus (or willingness to learn quickly).
  • Confident, professional communicator comfortable speaking with high-level decision-makers.
  • Strong work ethic and resilience—comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and CRM discipline.
  • Comfortable using tools such as ClickUp, Hubspot (CRM), Slack, Zoom, Gmail, Google Workspace, and PandaDoc.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and relentless follow-up habits.
  • Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends to connect with prospects when needed.

About the role As a Sales Development Representative you will play a pivotal role in driving Definely’s growth. You will research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services. On top of this you will discover new ways of reaching existing markets; and generate and close new business to improve Definely’s topline performance. What you’ll do: - Identify, negotiate and close new business opportunities with key decision-makers at target customers, including preparing and delivering pitches, managing target customers through the sales pipeline and negotiating and closing commercial agreements. - Maintain up-to-date information on prospective customers and key contacts in our CRM system. - Help to identify and implement Definely’s expansion into new markets and industry verticals. - Assist with the preparation of Business Development resources and collateral. - Represent Definely at various events such as fairs and conferences. - Screen organic leads and traction generated through marketing and partnership activities. - Educate both existing and prospective customers about the power of our product and the benefits they’ll refceive from using it. - Feed back what you hear on the front line to the Product, Customer Success and Marketing teams to inform the product roadmap and allow us to continue fine-tuning our product. - Travel (both domestic and international) may be required.
