Where Your Career is a Force for Good! The American Red Cross is currently seeking a Summer Intern within the Training Services Department to support the Training Services Business Analytics team. This is a remote position with limited travel. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview): The Training Services Summer Internship Program offers undergraduate and graduate students an opportunity to gain work experience in a non-profit organization. During the 10-week program, students receive training and develop their skills and knowledge under the guidance of experienced professionals. The 2026 Summer Internship program will run from Monday June 1, 2026, and concludes on Friday, August 7, 2026. Business Analytics Intern will be responsible for supporting sales incentive processes, data analysis projects, recurring reporting, and FY27 transition efforts. This role will be key in providing additional support to the Sales Analytics team within Training Services Business Analytics as well as supporting B2B Sales Operations. Intern will work directly with the Senior Sales Analyst supporting Business Analytics processes and initiatives. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities): - Develop models and reports to track key sales metrics and support ad hoc data requests. - Support sales incentive and monthly revenue reporting functions under direction of business function lead - Develop reports and dashboards in Salesforce to meet data needs of B2B Sales Teams. - Review current data analysis processes and provide recommendations for improvement. - Become a subject matter expert on Training Services structure, sales organization & processes, and business analytics practices. - Utilize PowerBi, Salesforce and other data applications for analysis suppor Standard Schedule: Monday- Friday standard business hour. The salary for this position is $20.00 an hour. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications): Education: High School or equivalent required. Internship is typically part of an undergraduate program which requires some university credit hours Experience: Up to 1 year of related experience Skills & Abilities: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to research and analyze data to identify trends. - Ability to work on a team. - Travel: Ability to travel to attend in person meetings 10-20%. WHAT WILL GIVE YOU THE COMPETITIVE EDGE: (Preferred Qualifications) - Currently enrolled in a 4-year College/University. Business, finance, economics, and other quantitative majors are strongly preferred. - Experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
