Role Description The IT User Support Analyst II is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing our identity and collaboration platforms. This role is responsible for administering Microsoft 365 platforms, on-prem Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory while ensuring secure access, high availability, and an excellent end-user experience across the organization. - This role interacts with IT Security, Infrastructure, Service Desk teams, third party MSP, and external vendors. - Primarily, this role will interact with Engineering and Security internally as needed to maintain and work together to meet the needs and requirement of Valvoline Global. - As a support resource, this role will often engage with VIPs and other internal customers. Being able to think quickly and having excellent people and communications skills are needed. - Vendors are often engaged when a solution cannot be found internally or with the third-party MSP. This role will, or assist in, initiating contact with third party vendors and working issues to resolution. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, CIS or related field or equivalent experience - 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 and Active Directory - ITIL Foundations, Microsoft 365 Product Certifications Requirements - Architect and support Microsoft 365 back-end platforms including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID (Azure AD) - Manage user accounts, licenses, groups, and mailboxes - Configure and maintain security and compliance features (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, retention policies) - Monitor service health and troubleshoot M365-related issues - Administer on-prem Active Directory (user/group management, GPOs, DNS, trusts) - Manage hybrid identity environments using Azure AD Connect / Cloud Sync - Create and maintain PowerShell scripts and other API's to automate routine administrative tasks - Administer Power BI environments, including tenant configuration, security, capacity management, governance, and user enablement - Architect cloud-based storage platforms for end users - Architect identity lifecycle processes including user onboarding and offboarding Benefits - This is a remote work position that is expected to work 50% US hours. - Travel Requirements: Up to 10%

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, CIS or related field or equivalent experience

Job Summary: The Facilities Maintenance Specialist provides support to Corporate and Franchise Stores, In House Maintenance Techs, and Vendors through multiple channels, including telephone, email, and ServiceNow tickets. Key responsibilities include answering calls, creating work orders, processing rejected work orders, and proactive monitoring and L1 troubleshooting for devices both on and off the network. The position requires good communication skills (verbal and written), plus the ability to deescalate upset callers. The department provides 24-7/365 support for the stores. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Utilize ServiceNow to create, track, and research incidents and work orders. - Provide level 1 troubleshooting for equipment both on and off the network, assisting store personnel resolve issues to avoid dispatching a work order. - Proactively monitor networked equipment, including but not limited to food, beverage, fuel, and HVAC equipment. - Follow all environmental and safety regulations in regard to fuel use at store, including monitoring Automatic Tank Gauges, addressing fuel spills, and other duties. - Answer incoming phone calls from stores, technicians and vendors, and meeting department metrics. - Process rejected Work Orders in a timely fashion. - Research charge disputes. - Respond to email requests from outside departments, stores, and vendors. - Create bulk work orders by request. - Research and correct Work Orders that fail due to incorrect categorization, location, etc. - Submit suggestions to improve team knowledge base. - Take professional development classes as directed by leadership - Provide onsite support to stores in the neighboring area once per quarter. - Additional projects as requested by Supervisor. - Work overtime as needed. - Possibility of working evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays via a set schedule.
