Job Description Summary: This position has primary responsibility for supporting the Network Engineer in managing and engineering the network system to meet organizational business needs. Must be able to work with multiple teams and business units simultaneously and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must demonstrate the eagerness and ability to learn and must work well in a team environment Demonstrates working knowledge of all facets of role, relevant regulations, and organizational and departmental policies and procedures. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Performs all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures. Position Qualifications/Requirements Education: Associate or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields required or relevant experience/certifications. Certifications/Licenses: - Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings. Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required. Previous Experience: - Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in administering and maintaining networks in a large enterprise setting. - Experience with network-based protocols and methodologies (TCP/IP, IPSec, VPN, BGP) - Experience with Layer 2-3 switching technologies preferred. - Firewall Configurations/Management (Palo Alto) preferred. - Enterprise Wireless (Aruba) experience preferred. Role Description We are looking for a Principal Network Engineer who thrives on solving complex routing problems and designing resilient network architectures. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will work on challenging real-world networks, lead advanced troubleshooting efforts, and help shape the technical direction of our infrastructure. You will be part of a highly collaborative engineering team responsible for building and supporting networks that serve a growing customer base. This role offers the opportunity to work deeply with BGP driven WAN architectures, Fortinet and Cisco platforms, and multi-site routing environments while mentoring other engineers and influencing engineering standards across the organization.
