Job Description

Project Coordinator

Home Genius Exteriors

• Coordinate all pre- and post-install logistics • Schedule clients, crews, subcontractors, and vendors • Support clients through the remodel process • Recruit and maintain relationships with installation crews • Prepare pre-install inspections and resolve scheduling issues • Order materials/equipment and track vendor deliveries • Verify project expenses, forecasts, and installer compensation • Maintain accurate updates in the company CRM

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of scheduling or administrative experience
  • Strong tech/CRM skills
  • Extensive Window & Door knowledge (ProVia preferred)
  • Professional communication skills
  • Strong leadership, organization, and customer service
  • High accountability/ownership
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Preferred Experience with subcontractor networks
  • 3+ year in exterior remodeling (windows & doors)
  • Customer service experience
