Global Product Manager, Peptide

GenScript

• Drive the strategic development and commercialization of peptide-based product portfolio. • Lead market research, Voice of Customer (VOC) collection, and 5-dimension analysis. • Define target market segments and develop product roadmap. • Ensure roadmap execution, VOC closure, and KPI tracking. • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership to align business objectives. • Review business results, identify gaps, and optimize strategies.

Job Requirements

  • PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
  • 2+ years in product management/marketing in peptide/biotech/pharma industries.
  • Proven track record in global market strategy & execution.
  • International experience (working/studying abroad) required.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) – ability to engage with global customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical & strategic thinking (market segmentation, competitive analysis).
  • Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Willing to travel internationally (~20%) for customer meetings, conferences, and internal alignment.
