• Plan and execute cross-channel campaigns across email, social, and video • Translate brand goals into clear messaging, targeting, and channel strategy • Ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right moment • Maintain campaign consistency across the multi-brand portfolio while honoring individual brand voices • Own campaign execution including segmentation, onboarding, and lifecycle flows • Support list growth, deliverability, and performance optimization • Balance promotional initiatives with audience engagement and retention • Collaborate with brand leads to develop social and video-driven campaigns • Leverage AI-native tools to accelerate creative production • Define and track meaningful campaign KPIs aligned to business goals • Partner with brand leads, creative teams, and leadership to ensure campaign alignment
Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or growth roles
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo or HubSpot preferred) and social media campaign management
- Working knowledge of video as a distribution and acquisition tool; experience producing or directing short-form video content preferred
- Experience supporting both B2C (e-commerce) and B2B marketing programs
- Demonstrated ability to operate in an AI-native marketing environment with proficiency in generative tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret campaign performance reports
- Customer-facing professionalism and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Comfort working across multiple brands and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
