Grid Automation Utilities Key Accounts Manager
GE Vernova
• Account leadership role responsible for leading the Grid Automation account strategy in all aspects of growth and profitability including customer growth and spending analysis, integrated account planning, opportunity identification, cash & receivables, and value communication. • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers at strategic accounts for supporting sales and commercial activities. • Develop Account Plans and execute commercial strategy for sales of Grid Automation product lines including Asset Monitoring & Diagnostics, Protection & Control, Wireless & Fiber Optic Communications, and GridBeats. • Collaborate with other GE Vernova account managers to ensure a “one GE Vernova" engagement policy to with the customer, and partner on joint selling opportunities. • Provide leadership and support to the Commercial Team for closing large sales opportunities. • Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales for customer(s). • Drive identification, prospecting, creation and closure of sales opportunities. • Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing, and competition to product line marketing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Stem
- Minimum of 10 years of direct sales, account, or team leadership experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical / utility industry sales.
- Minimum of 5 years experience account management.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, as demonstrated in analysis of customer businesses and development of sales / business plans to meet organizational objectives.
- Passionate self-starter with a strong track record and demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding assigned targets.
- Experience in selling complex solutions
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Role Description Responsible for the development, generation, and presentation of information critical to the ongoing measurements and operation of Revenue Cycle, emphasizing a standardized process and overall financial performance. This position provides direction and project management – using proven improvement methodologies – in order to identify strategies that result in documented qualitative and quantitative improvement in Revenue Cycle performance and efficiency. - Identifies and develops opportunities and initiatives to improve and enhance the consistency and standardization of Revenue Cycle process. - Promotes a culture of continuous improvement through the use of Lean methodology data analysis, reliability, sustainability, and spread. - Collaborates with a high performing team that meets the quality assurance and learning and development needs of Revenue Cycle while driving innovation and employee engagement. - Supports the Director of Operational Effectiveness as a secondary liaison between the corporate Revenue Cycle teams and Entity leadership. - Proactively oversees the Entity/Client relationship and Entity Revenue Cycle results, including (but not limited to) Charge Edits, Denials, Net Revenue Realization, Days in A/R, month end reserve process, and review/approve manual adjustments (per threshold). Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field Required. - 5 years of progressively responsible revenue cycle experience involving performance/operations improvement, project management and/or analysis to include one (1) year of leadership/management experience Required. - None Required. - Certification in Lean, Six Sigma or similar improvement methodologies strongly Preferred.
