Data Product Manager
Evermore
• Understand business needs and produce actionable insights from data for business teams to use. • Maintain Metabase dashboards for both internal and customer reporting. • Design scalable data models and optimize query performance for speed and reliability. • Create a single source of truth for KPIs used by Product, Finance, Operations, and Account Management. • Automate recurring data pulls and eliminate manual reporting to enable scale. • Manage cross-functional data roadmap, including stakeholder input and feedback. • Monitor job health, troubleshoot issues, and partner with Engineering on fixes or schema changes. • Manage vendor contracts, integrations, and upgrades related to analytics infrastructure.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years in analytics, data ops, or data product roles, ideally at a growth stage company
- Hands-on experience with BigQuery and Metabase (or similar BI tools).
- Strong SQL skills.
- Excellent communication skills - able to translate complex data into business insights.
- A builder mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and eager to take ownership from day one.
- Comfort managing integrations across marketing and product analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated track record of bias towards action - you automate first, document second, and move fast.
